I was discharged this morning, just had to stay in over night. I was able to eat last night, I could talk and I was able to swallow liquids without any side affects. So the Dr gave me the OK to head home and suffer in silence there! I feel pretty good and the Dr told me that it is unusual for leave this early, usually it is a 2 night stay. When I got home today, I saw that the "Little Bastard" had made himself at home on my chair. He told me that he was expecting the worse and asked me if I had left him the chair in my will? Telling me to relax, he went over to the table brought over 10 strong pain meds and a beer. Then he put a Chuckie movie on and took my hammer from the tool box and laid it right down next to my chair on the table. Sitting on the coffee table, he just purred and glared at me. I am trying to get checked back into the hospital, but it is not looking good. Hope to be writing soon about more of his little adventures! Jurge |
